    $450 for a sig 220

    ok the gun room in elkgrove has a 220 in need of a new trigger. Is 450 to much for it?

    Depends on what you mean by a new trigger? If it only needs the trigger thats one thing. If it needs all the trigger pieces because somone tried to lighten it and messed it up that's more money.
    How is the rest of the pistol?

      Idk I was handleing it it looks ok. It was a rentel so I passed it up. they just said it needed a new trigger.

        that 220 has been there for over 2 years. It was their range rental.
        The trigger just flops back and forth, no resistance

            The way I see it is if the gun shop, that is a sig cert dealer, say "I don't know, the trigger is broken" You don't want it!

              IM glad i didnt get it. I rented one and hated it anyways it jammed like crazy. It couldnt even chamber the first round

                SIG P220s are renowned for their reliability. You must have shot a gun that was poorly maintained.

                I would spend the extra $ and get a non-rental - from either a personal sale or a certified pre-owned (CPO).
