    Considering a ruger p95 dc

I offered a friend $250 for his p95dc. It was his security guard carry. Scratches on the frame, but not may rounds through it. Sight dots got "buffed" off. Comes with 2 mags, the box. Considering it as a pistol for my daughter who is heading to college soon. She can shoot the .22 all day, but has trouble with the .40 cal. I've never owned a 9mm, but I'm thinking this could be a good gun for her. Is there a better girl friendly shooter at this price range?

for $250 you're gonna have a hard time finding something better. I'd go for it, I know people with those Rugers and they are very reliable.

I think I would go with a Telecaster. The bolt on neck would be the strongest to deal with terrorist zombies. I know most folks will say Strat, but I think the trem system is unreliable.
I mean, who needs to dive bomb when SHTF? That only happens in movies.

That's a steal at $250. The P95 was my first pistol and I paid $350 OTD for the workhorse. Honestly, I'm not sure you can find a better pistol for the price.

These things are built like tanks and are also one of the easiest shooting 9MM pistols you can buy. My wife isn't a huge fan of guns but also doesn't mind them. She actually doesn't mind shooting the P95 because of how easy it is to handle.

Do it. I promise you won't regret your decision.

That would be a great price for a very reliable gun.

Thanks for the insight. I really wasn't in the market for a gun, but it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I didn't know much about the p95, so I thought I'd ask.
