.22 AMT AutoMag?

Anybody know about an .22 magnum AMT AutoMag handgun? A friend of a friend needs some quick cash and I'm thinking of buying it but would like some feedback beforehand.

Very cool pistol, with varying QC on them. I had the 6" one for a while and loved it, but sold it because of a need for funding. What barrel length is it? Lots of info out there on them if you do a few searches.

I think it's a 4.5" barrel. I've only seen it once and that was a few years ago. Do you know what QC issues I should look for?

That pistol was made to shoot Winchester ammo only , gray box with the red X on the box , I sold mine for 200.00 and never looked back. The safety detent ball got stuck. It jams with CCI , I looked back in all of my Gun Books and only found praise for the way it looks. If this gun is more than 200.00 I say no.
