Difference between 10rd and standard cap glock mags?

First- i dont need legal advice. Or a heads up on whats ok to do. I am simply asking- what is the difference between standard and lo cap mags? Followers? Tabs to limit the follower? I dont own any <10 round mags so i cant do a side by side comparison. Thanks.

There are internal rails molded into the interior of the magazine body.
Which causes the cartridges to line up via single or staggered stack (depending on the length of the magazine body) and limits the magazine's capacity to 10 rounds.
