although a bit far from you, a phone call to Bain and Davis in san gabriel might yield some results; they had a G26 and G27 in one of their display cases about a week ago; don't know about G17, as i wasn't looking for one and just happened to notice the subcompacts. they frequently have Glocks in inventory. i've got a Gen 2 G17 on layaway there, currently. B&D is a good, solid little shop with owner/gunsmith on-site.

if you travel further east, Alamo Jewelry & Loan is in west covina; don't know what they've got in stock right now. i read here on the forum that they recently got a large supply of Glock magazines in stock. it may be worth calling them if you travel to the west covina area. regardless, a great place to visit.
