Need some help on Value

Hey guys, need some input on the Value of a Beretta Cougar 8045. I am looking to sell mine, excellent shape, original box and paperwork and 2 mags. Any ideas of what they are worth? I looked up on google and found anywhere from 350-600.. Seeing if you guys could help me price it a bit better

Stoeger list a Cougar .45 at $509 msrp.
This does not account for the Beretta nostalgia fans nor roster nor current market, etc.
