    Just Ordered my first 1911

So I just got off the phone with www.sarcoinc.com and i have ordered my very first 1911, its the RIA Tactical 1911. I am having it sent to Bright spot pawn for dros. I am so excited!!!! By the way, I did try to order it through Centerfire.com by calling them, but the guy on the phone ( who was very polite ) said they did not ship California, so I went with Sarco Inc.

It should arrive by Weds at BSP and then 10 days!!!!

Congrats on your first (but not last) 1911!

(I wish others were as easy choosing a 1911 as you were *ahem* )

I own a 1911 Warrior and it is great! Have fun with it and keep it clean and lubricated after each shoot!

Let's wait and see what else you'll come up with. I'm at 5 now after selling 1, with 4 of them within less than a year.

Good for you. Currently, I've only got 3 and am looking to get my numbers back up. You'll soon learn why so many pick 1911 as a first choice.

The problem with 'only choice' and why it's not true for me is there are times I need a pistol that is truly small. Until I can spring for a Rohrbaugh--that will be my Kel-Tec PF-9; it almost disappears when concealed carry means really inconspicuous. The P3AT, while not dependable as a caliber--just disappears. At those times even my Ultra CDP II has to stay home.

I was considering a 1911 for my next purchase......but the ammo prices have just been discouraging.....

                    Time to start reloading.

Congrats on the 1911. That's one that I'd like to get. Maybe once my economic stimulus package comes in.
