American Arms PK22 question

Hi, my father recently gave me an American Arms PK22 but I am having trouble finding information on how to disassemble and clean the gun. There is no manual either. He seems to remember a trick for taking it apart, but cannot remember exactly how to do it. I also can find no information on the internet as to how to do it. Any imformation would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the one that looks like a Walther PPK? If it is, try pulling down on the trigger guard. If it pivots, then the take down is like the PPK.
