    Browning Buckmark Upgrades

After trying my buddies buckmark with a dot sight, I just had to get one. Here is the finish product. The accuracy is amazing and a ton of fun to shoot...

Nice, I've been interested in upgrading my buckmark's sights but have not made my mind up yet. You may get some more love in this thread if it is moved to the rimfire section.

I think I would go with a Telecaster. The bolt on neck would be the strongest to deal with terrorist zombies. I know most folks will say Strat, but I think the trem system is unreliable.
I mean, who needs to dive bomb when SHTF? That only happens in movies.

Yep, way more fun (and accurate) when using a red dot. I use the same Sightmark sight.

What model sightmark is that? Is the sight pretty easy to find? I have been looking at getting one for my buckmark for steel challenge matches.

Buckmark's are fun and easy to upgrade. I went for more of the long range option.

+1 ....also trying to decide on a red dot or reflex sight for my .22 pistol (it's a 22/45). I think I'd go Burris Fastfire, but it's way more $$$ than I want to spend. Right now, leaning towards the Bushnell TRS-25.

NICE. I have the same red dot on mine. For a while I thought I was the only one, but I guess not... Great minds think alike!

                  Need a little help

I recently bought a used buckmark with a red bot mounted to it. I removed the red dot and wanted to put the iron sights back on but i can not figure out how to mount the rear sight to the sight base. Any help would be much appreciated

OP, and Baggs530, check out rimfirecentral.com. Lots of info on Buckmarks and arguably the premeir site for rimfire firearms in general. Those guys (and I) are .22 nuts. BTW that is a beautiful pistol. Don't tell them I said so, but I think the Buckmark has a bit more class than the wonderful Ruger MKIII/22-45, if not the same aftermarket support.

Love my BuckMark. At some point, I'll break down and buy the Burris Fastfire to mount on it.

I got one of those. I put the Buckmark branded sight on.

I pick up my 22/45 in a few days, I definitely want to put a red dot on it.
