New purchase Ruger LC9; ammo question

Well I was able to get "the last one" today at River City Exhange... now not sure if it was the "last one" but it was the only place I could find one after searching for a couple of days.

That said I ordered a few boxes of 124gr JHP Federal Hydra-Shok... does anyone have recommendations for finding range/target ammo? I can't find ANYTHING anywhere... of course i have 10 days to build up a stock but still, welcome to get feedback on ammo recommendations (especially any to avoid).

This is my first Ruger and my first 9mm; I have a Sig P229 & G27 and plenty of .40 cal but wasn't thinking far enough in advance to stock up any 9mm.

Mine has worked with every thing I feed it.

Get whatever you can for whatever you're willing to pay.

If it's brass cased, anything should work fine, if it's steel cased, some people report reliability problems.

Simple fmj is perfect for the range. Stay away from steel cases ammo as many ranges do not want you to use it. Otherwise it will eat anything you feed it. Pmc and Winchester are my usual but I've used whatever's cheap when its time to go practice with no ill results.
