I'm glad she stood her ground and made perfect sense- "Parents just need to train their children..." "If you point a gun at a police officer, you have to assume your going to get shot."
and
Officers "are trained to know.... to protect themselves. The color of gun won't make any difference." They "are knowledgeable to know guns can come in any color, blue, green, black. It doesn't make a difference."

I really did not like the lady spokesman (person) from lauer who did not seem all that knowledgable then committed the sin of sins by pointing the pink gun at the cameraman for a take that was frozen on screen for 5 seconds at the end of the story.

I think lauer could have done better at choosing who spoke than a lady unfamiliar with firearms pointing a pink pistol around. She really did not help as a spokesman for our cause.

I do like the idea in principle though, unfortunately the anti gun crusader will just wear this as a merit badge on his shoulder.
