This is a long shot... But does anyone know of any stores that have a Flat Dark Earth Glock 22 in stock?

I haven't seen any around lately. I personally just picked up my Gen 4 FDE yesterday and my LGS is completely out of Glocks minus a 24 and a Gen 3 30.

This is a long shot but you may want to try calling Wild Bills in Elk Grove to see if they could send one down for you. I haven't been in since the summer and they said they had a bunch of various models in FDE. I'm just not sure if there are any still available.

They are good quality mag plates and it's nice that they match the FDE color. However, they can be sharp for carry purposes.

True, much wider then the stock plates also. A little lite sanding will take care of the edges. As far as for carry, jury is still out. I have them for my DE 23 also that I carry IWB, not a problem right now with winter clothing may have to switch back in the summer when it's shorts and T's. I'll see how it goes when the time comes. But for a service type weapon where concealment is not needed I really like them over stock.
