Anybody have anything good or bad to say about this gun? Looking for my first handgun and possibly something I can carry. What are its competitors? Colt detective special? Does s&w have a snub 38 like it? Thanks!

I had one. Wasn't a bad gun, in fact it was a good gun for the price. Definitely look into changing out the grips. I ended up selling mine when I got my SP101.

Good read. For a carry gun, I wouldn't care about aesthetics. As long as it shoots straight and goes bang every time I would think I got my money's worth. Everything else after that is gravy.
