Did Wilson Combat ever make wide spur hammers?

Just received a 1911 hammer that I bought from a private seller. Aside from not being new, I'm not really sure this is even a Wilson Combat hammer because of the quality.

The package has #9B which I think is the item #. Can't seem to find anything under a search.

Trying to figure out if I should be demanding a partial refund if it is a Wilson Combat or a full refund if it isn't

    Here are some pics.

No, Wilson never made a mil-spec hammer. 9B as the label says is a Commander type hammer. The current model number is 299B.

That looks like a King's wide spur hammer.
