I have a glock 21 and was looking for conversion barrels for 40 s&w and .357 Sig. Could only find it for the glock 20. Then I figured maybe I'd try trading my 21 for a 20. Somebody told me that the 21 and the 20 are identical except for the barrels and if I want a glock 20 just buy the 10mm barrel. Here's my question, if the 21 an 20 are truly the same gun minus the barrels could the glock 20 conversion barrels (40 s&w, .357 Sig) work in a 21? Any and all input is greatly appreciated

No you can't. .45ACP Glock pistols can only be converted to fire 400 Corbon and 40 Super.sigpic -
This^^^^My friend here is Correct as always....No you can't. .45ACP Glock pistols can only be converted to fire 400 Corbon and 40 Super.
The frames are identical on the G21 and G20 and that includes this ejector. All the same.
The slides are 'almost' the same. The barrel hood cut-out area on the top of the slide is wider on the .45 (G21) than on the 10MM (G20). The .45 barrel has a wider hood (back of the barrel on top) than the 10MM barrel. The other difference is the Extractor.
To run 10MM on your G21 you should just buy another Top End (slide and barrel assembly)
Of course a 10MM G20 being .40 caliber will easily convert to .357SIG, .40 cal, 9X25 with just a barrel swap. The G20 is certainly more versitile than the G21. (.45) However, if you own a 10MM Glock it's a big plus to reload your own ammo.
May the Bridges I burn light the way.
