Was in Turners in KM today... people lined up taking numbers.... unreal... NO Glocks in display case, NO Sigs, NO Rugers, TWO M&P .45's, TWO XD's.... and some misc 1911's..... That's AFTER their shipment arrived this morning.

I was there on Friday and their cases were emmmmmpty. Thank God I bought my CZ SP-01 before all this crap. Problem now is I cannot find any ammo. All they had was .45 and 7.62x51.

I picked up an AR-15 lower. They actually had them in stock but I noticed they didnt have any advertised. My co-worker and brother got one too. A S&W stripped lower. $159.00. They also were taking orders on Franklin Armory lowers but they were pricey @ $280.00 (they were $220.00 in December). Sucks that instead of walking in and buying actual rifles... I get to walk in and buy rifle parts =(

Was at Turner's picking up my SKS yesterday. I've never seen their handgun case so empty before. The case I was standing in front of had 2 XD's and a Glock 22. I saw 4 people turning in their HSC tests that they just took, and the couple that just passed their HSC bought the lone Glock in the case.

Thanks Mission, saves me a trip. I was looking to pick up a 10/22 Takedown and possibly a Mossberg 464 (or maybe a Marlin 336) as well as some ammo but if pickings are spare, I'll wait more towards the end of the year and see what's panned out.

Luckily I have some ammo set aside, unfortunately I won't be able to shoot as much as I want until things calm down.

Yup, my LGS was dry. They just had a shipment and they are sold out. Luckily, the owner thought of me and saved me one in the back, It's an xd but oh well.

Yea, I was at Bain & Davis in San Gabriel and I have never seen their display cases so bare. All that was left was a couple SIG 1911, 1 glock, 1 HK and shotguns. Its crazy out there.

There are plenty of bolt action rifles out there. I'm thinking of getting a mil spec Remington 700 with 5R barrel in either 30-06 or 308. I'll be picking up a new hg I have deposits on every 30 days, thanks to CA 30 wait to dros new hg rule, till at least June.

I took my wife to Sacramento Black Rifle after we had lunch today and they had a S&W M&P 9 that she liked the feel of (shot my dads a couple weeks ago) better than both the Glock and XD, so she took the test and bought it. Our first. I am looking at the SA XD 40 for myself.
