    DROS question

Does the thirty-day restriction begin from the first day the DROS is processed, or on the tenth day when you pick the gun up?

    Thanks,
    David

So if I had a DROS begin on the 15th of December, I could start another DROS tomorrow on the 15th of January?

      Thanks.

If the new DROS is for a NEW (or consignment) gun being purchased from an FFL, the NEW DROS can start 30 calendar days after your December 15 date. If the NEW DROS is to purchase via a PPT (private party transfer), then the 30 day waiting period does not apply.
