      I'll stick with the CZ-52...........

basically does the same thing, except it's:

      1. Old
      2. Therefore not sexy
      3. has a fast .30 cal round
      4. is dirt cheap
      Yeah.

      I'm pissed.
WTB: Rhodesian A5 FN 12G Shotgun...ah, never mind. Prices have become stupid...
WTB: FN FS2000..don't care anymore about this one either.

I have one and I love it.

It's an awesome pistol! And tactical teams worldwide can't be wrong.

The accuracy is amazing, out to quite a distance too.

i have a 5.7 and i love it. lol...i might be in the long beach area next month. if there's a range that allows it, maybe i'll bring it down. some friends want to see it, anyway.

And others I can't remember off hand. Those guys cary the pistols.

As for the P90, the agencies range from the secret service to the Burbank police and militaries all over.

              Check out www.fivesevenforum.com

They list a lot of them there.

btw, it's all single action. the recoil is about 70% of a 9mm. the round is better compared to a 22mag. and it conceals pretty well for a full-size.

5.7x28mm is really unique. It's somewhere in the realm of .17 Rem, .22 Hornet, .22 Jet in performance.

One of the nice things about it is, if you use the SS195 ammo, it keyholes when it hits a soft target. Nice wound channel. Shoot an empty 5 gal bucket and you can see the impact and the results.

Also, it keeps it from overpenetrating.

the ss195 is the fastest of the non-restricted rounds and yaws like crazy. that being said, the other non-restricted rounds (ss196/ss197) are also heavier, so probably won't overpenetrate, either.

It is a very cool idea but I'm ot too fond of Euro guns. They just seem too much like a toy to me. The safeties are normally on the slide and the guns just feel bulky and square...

The 5.7 is cool but expensive!

can never stack it with the 20rd mags though... and if your limited to 10 rounds... .45 baby-

Only problem I have with it?

If I stay in California my chances of owning a P90 or another gun to use the same ammo is about 1 in 1 Billion.

I'm not going to reload 5.7 for one pistol, and not about to pay the price for the commercial ammo.

.500 S&W Magnum is a better deal in this case for someone that reloads, at least with this option you're shooting Bigbore and not another small .22 like round.

Just my opinion, However..... if I lived in a free state and could have a P90, 20 round mags for the FiveSeven, and the Rhineland 5.7 AR upper, I'd likely own them all already.

price of ammo is supposed to come down, esp since wolf has said they'd load the 5.7x28 cartridge.

as for rhineland, they're supposed to start working on a kali-legal ar5.7 that uses pistol mags. we'll see. the guy said he's been too busy lately.

                              btw, it's a pS-90. p90s are leo only.
