Another Inter Familial Handgun Transaction Question

When I send in the " Inter-familial Handgun Transaction" forum do I also have to send it a "No Longer In Possession" forum on the same handgun?

    TIA

I would say no because the intrerfamiliar form is registering the possession of the gun from your name to the person your giving it to but I'm not 100% sure

      No.

OPLAW form is all you need if you are the receiver.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

I did this recently where my father gave me his revolver. All I did was fill out the OPLAW form and sent in my check. It took about a month for the check to finally clear but I haven't heard from the CADOJ since so I assume everything is ok.

I just got a letter today in the mail stating that the transaction has gone through and was approved. So it took about a month and a half from the time I put it in the mail till today.
