So PRK in Fresno sells them using the single shot routine?

I notice it says 7 shot only, normally does the PF9 hold ten?

Some CA FFL dealers sell them to non-exempt person via the single-shot exemption (SSE) method.

        Kel-Tec PF-9 = (standard capacity) 7 rounds. (high capacity) 8 rounds
        Kel-Tec P-11 = (standard capacity) 10 rounds. (high capacity) 12 rounds, 15 rounds, 17 rounds, 20 rounds, 30 rounds.
