SIG SAUER P226 Question

If you buy an approved P226 in CA, does it come with a 10 round magazine? The reason I ask is because their catalog
lists the P226 as having a 15 round magazine for the 9mm version and having a 12 round magazine for the .40 version.

That is correct you will get a 10 round mag.

Yes a new in box P226 purchased from an FFL in California,will come with 10rnd California compliant magazines.
