I have read that no gen fours will be on the list , Glock says it will not add all the bs things Ca wants to its pistol and they will not renew any of there pistols for Ca cert

this i was not aware of. i have a Gen 2 G17 on layaway currently. i have a few other Glocks, but wanted to pick up a Gen 2 G19 in the next year. i'll have to look in to this.

Or do a private party transfer (do the transfer in person face-to-face in a gun store with a private seller) from someone who has one if you are really going after one. The going price may be a bit higher for a gen 4 since they are not as common to find here.

Not sure where you are located but there are a bunch of good FFLs that do SSE on gen 4s for not much more than a Gen 3 glock. I got a Gen 4 17 FDE for 550 a month ago.

It never will be put on the roster. If you want a Gen4 PPT or SSE are your only options (or become a cop )

EDIT: PS Gen3's are on the roster if you don't have your heart set on a Gen4

I was just at Tracy Rifle and pistol and they just got in a bunch of Glocks. They also do SSEs if you want a gen4.
