    AZ to CA?

Ok I got a buddy who lives in AZ and is moving back to CA in a few months (unless the world ends later today hahahahaa) I want an FNX45 (non tactical version), would he be able to buy it in AZ then bring it back with him to CA n do a PPT to me? Would this be illegal? Would he even be allowed to bring "HIS" FNX45 to CA?

          See the wiki -- http://wiki.calgunsfoundation.org/Mo..._with_firearms

If your friend wants to buy a handgun, and then move to CA, he can either register his handguns or, when he gets CA ID, he can sell the ones he doesn't care to register via PPT.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!
