    1-in-30 rule new/PPT

I picked up my CZ75B DROS'd on 11/28, and found another that I will be eligible to DROS on 12/28. In the meantime, I have an opportunity to pick up an HK USP from a friend. I know that I will be exempt from the 1-in-30 rule on the PPT, but will I then have to wait another 30 days before I can start the DROS on my other CZ? The two CZ's was/will be purchased new from a dealer. Will I run into any issues if I try to DROS my 2nd CZ on 12/28 after doing the PPT on the HK this weekend?

you can DROS your second new pistol on 12/28 as planned. The PPT will not affect it.

You will be fine, so long as you are NOT doing your DROS on any of the handguns in Los Angeles (typically that would mean Turners Outdoorsman, Reseda as there are few FFLs left in LA that also handle PPTs/sales of handguns ) or any other cities in CA that have local ordinances that ALSO apply the 1-per-30 day on ANY handgun purchases, including PPT and C&R.

No fair applying logic to California firearms law! Don't you know firearm laws should be drafted out of emotion and bias, not based upon knowledge or common sense?

although I suppose there are a few tanks which I owe an apology to for that remark"

I'll be doing the PPT at Insight in Cerritos. The two CZ's are from the Turner's in Norwalk.
