The trigger assembly is interchangeable on both models and can be swapped without any issues. The trigger and "trigger bar" or cruciform are an assault and do not come apart. You can actually remove the pins and pull the whole assemble (trigger and all) up out of both guns and swap them without disconnecting the trigger/cruciform from the housing or return spring. As others have said, yes they're swappable.
You can get an entire G17 trigger assembly for around $19 at a few places, ams that will drop right in. It'll save you time from swapping the trigger components out piece by piece, and will allow you to have a spare to use elsewhere, or easier to resell later on.Comment
