Picked up my first semi auto! Glock 19

These 10 day waits don't help my "gotta have it NOW!!" urges, but I finally picked up my Glock 19 and put about 130 rounds through it and I must say, I can see why so many people love Glocks! I put some pretty cheap UMC ammo through it and it worked flawlessly. Would've shot more but my hour at the range ran out lol. I was pretty torn between the 17 and the 19 but I'm glad I chose the 19. It's more comfortable than I had first thought, and shoots really well.

I won't bother posting pics cause most of you know what they look like. I'll be heading back to the range tomorrow!

Hourly ranges sucks...find one with just an entrance fee.

Excellent choice, sir. My first firearm was a Glock 19 gen 4 as well.

The Glock is a great pistol for when you can't find an M&P.

Seriously, there are two in my inventory.

Ok ok here are some pics. Sorry for the crappy cell phone quality but the battery in my dslr is dead

That fuzzy black spot on the slide is dirt inside my cellphone camera

This is a Rossi .38 Special. I'm thinking about trading it in for a .357 but everyone keeps telling me to keep it. The cylinder hits the back of the barrel if you don't close it right, but it does shoot well. Tho I did have one missfire today. Not too sure what happened.

And here's the family all together. A Winchester 190 22lr, Mossberg 500 combo with the 18.5" barrel attached and the 28" above, and the Rossi and Glock.

lol that's exactly what happened. I went into a LGS to look at the M&P 9 but they didn't have any in stock so they pulled out a few 9's. A Sig, the Glocks, and an M&P .45 (to compare with the others). I fondled them all and went home to do some research. Long story short, I now have the 19 lol. The fact that the Glock 17's and 19's were on sale helped in my decision.
