    True or False

When I was talking with a busy of mine a few weeks ago about the 10 day hostage time you have to wait after a new gun purchase, he told me that does not apply to single action revolvers. I know this is true for black powder but is this true for single action cartridge revolvers like the Colt SAA 45 cal as well?

False. SA revolvers are exempted from the "safe list" the OTHER hostage scenario, still gotta wait 10 days unless its black powder

Generally, if it ain't a muzzle loader, you have to wait.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero
