    Beretta model 92

I have a buddy who is going to be selling a Beretta model 92 from the early 1990s. It came with Hi cap mags. If he sells it to someone else can the mags go with it as they pistol was originally equipped with them or does he have to sell it new 10 round mags?
To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.

Hi caps cannot be transferred. They must stay with the original owner.

So basically he can sell the gun, but not the magazines.

Not really, they don't *have* to stay with the original owner - he can sell them out of state easy as pie.

Or... he can disassemble the mags and sell them as replacement/repair parts to people in Cali that already own legal standard cap magazines.

I have a perfect Burning Man attendance record: zero.

You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.

Good point, I did not think of those possibilities.
