    Glock makes 30 round mags?

Was at the range yesterday night and saw another shooter with a big *** mag sticking out under his Glock 17. Watching him shoot, he must have shot over 30 plus rounds before reloading it..

Did Glock make these or were they after market? I wished I purchased some of those before 2000..

"They're for the Glock 18, but will fit any 9mm Glock."

Just read up on the G18, I did not know they made a full auto Glock, wow!

That's probably the only Glock I like... and of course the famous "porcelain" Glock 7

That was actually a Glock 19 converted to full-auto in T3 I believe. But Glock actually makes 31rd mags, usually with a +2 extension to be 33rd. A moot point for those living in Kaliban however.

I assume the guy at the range bought his before 2000..Then again it none of my business.

I own a preban scherrer 33 round mag..... but I no longer have a 9mm glock, (I sold my gun, but had to keep my mags). I may end up buying a new 17 or 19 in the near future (or just building my own from a beat up/ heavily used frame)

Scherrer (sp?), Glock, and a few others sell preban (and now post ban) 30+ mags.... They are not so great, but they look cool.

I have a large box of preban mags, as I realized before the ban hit that I would have to do it then, or lose out on them down the line, (if I end up wanting those guns later). I think I still have 5 sealed 13 round glock 21 mags.... Every time I go through that box, I gotta knock the dust off the packaging they are sitting in. Thank god I did it! It's just a shame I didn't buy more when I had the chance.

Yea, Glock makes an extended magazine... I have both the CRAP-Schrerer and the OEM Glock version.. Lemme tell you. stick with the Glock magazine.. the Schrerrer or whatever, jammed like a POS.. then again, it was good for malfunction clearing drills... but sheesh.. what a pain.. never again..

Of course sticking with OEM is usually the safest thing to do with magazines.. but in particular, dont do the schrerer route..

                          Fun fun fun...

These used to sell for well over $120 each.. this one is the Glock brand. Never tried Scherer. Tried some ProMag 17 rnd mags and 15 rnd mags before, they don't work quite as well as factory.

My scherrer has metal inside.... and I believe it does go all the way down to the last round count hole.... (but I could be mistaken).

Once you own the Mag, can't you buy replacement parts??? IIRC, you can buy glock parts to replace in the scherrers..... there may be some issues with total number of rounds, but I believe they'll work
