    HK USP45C LEM CA Approve?

I checked the DOJ website and notice that the 40 is:
    USP40C-LEM / Steel, Polymer Pistol 3.58" .40 S&W 2/20/07

However, I didn't see it for the 45. Does approval has to be caliber specific?

If you're in the San Jose area, I have an HK USP45 Compact that I sent to HK to be converted to LEM (the lightest version) that I am willing to sell. It also has Meprolight night sights installed. It was originally a Variant 1, and includes the original Variant 1 parts that HK returned with the converted pistol. Because it would be effected as a PPT, it need not be on the certified roster.

I bought my first HK (p7m8) yesterday. If it wasn't for the 30 day wait, would've also bought a p2000. sheesh, now I'm addicted.
