So I was wondering if there is a place that sells the match compensator either for a USP expert or regular full size USP? I wanted to add this compensator on either one of these pistols...wait to think of it its not really a compensator its more of a weight addition deal right?

To my understanding, it is just a weight to reduce muzzle flip. They are scarce to say the least. The 'marketplace' section of the HKPro.com forum is a good place to start. The USP match pistol is one of the most difficult to track down, and guys usually want a lot for them. I ran across a thread not too long ago on HKPro that a member had started to gauge the interest in a batch of custom made weights through a machinist friend of his. Dig around on HKPro, and you will probably find what you're looking for.

I'm not sure what you mean "for a USP expert or regular full USP expert." The match weight will not fit on a USP expert. Someone versed in milling could probably make one pretty easily, though.Comment

If I'm not mistaken, the also had an optic mount that integrated onto this as well. I remember seeing the whole schabang back in the 90's.

I'd personally have the Elite over a full-sized USP with a match weight. Barrel length's the same, but the sight radius on the Elite is longer, so it's inherently easier to shoot accurately.
But if you're set on finding a match weight, you're going to have a good hunt on your hands. It took me 3 months to find someone with ONE that they were on the fence about getting rid of. I paid $300 to convince him to sell it to me. Do I regret it? No, it definitely stands out on the range, and the recoil reduction is fun. Are there better options out there? Yes.Comment

The weight is about as rare as the Match is. There have been a few floating around the last decade, but people are wise to what they are worth. GB has had several used and new Match's going for $1500-3000 this year. Apparently machining a replica is also cost-prohibitive. That being said, they are fun to shoot.Comment
