Hi there, I had a question about the 30 day rule, specifically the exception excluding PPT sales from it. I did read the sticky, but it didn't quite clear up my question.
I purchased a gun from a FFL dealer about a month ago. I'm wanting to purchase another on my 31st day. I know that PPT purchases are exempt, so therefore I could go right now and start the paperwork on a PPT purchase. What I don't know is if the other side of that equation is exempt as well. Can I go purchase a gun via PPT and still be eligible to purchase another gun from a dealer in a few days?
