Can I have one of my parents from out of state gift this to me or is finding one used or doing a SSE the only way to get my paws on one?

If CA allows non-listed guns to be gifted into the state, does anyone know of a FFL in Orange county who would be willing to do an out of state PPT for it?

I know a .380 isn't the best round, but it fits into a niche none of my other guns is able to fill. It will round out my collection quite nicely!
