    Stupid Roster question.

My apologies up front, I have a history of messing up my interpretations of the safe handgun roster. An outfit I've bought guns from in TN has a bunch of Beretta 92 police trade in's on sale for $379 each. I've always wanted one, seems like a good way to get my mittens on one. The dealer reports they were manufactured in 1990, will this fly with the roster?
Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.

There are 14 versions of 92 FS on the Roster.

Can't tell about the ones you mention, not enough info. http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/

There's no such thing as a stupid handgun roster question, only a stupid handgun roster created by Kalifornia to shake down gun manufacturers for some cash.

            That's not the reason.

The Roster costs $200/model on the Roster/year. There's something like 1300 on the Roster today. Chump change, though they won't turn it down.

            1) it was thought it would eliminate the cheaply made 'Saturday Night Specials'; the guns, when tested, passed.

            2) It does, however, establish that the legislature has the power to define 'good' guns and 'bad' guns, and they can create whatever defining criteria they like.
