    H&K P30L legality question

    Hi everyone,

Please excuse my question but i have searched and did not come up with concrete information.

I understand that the HK -P30(L) is not part of the cali legal hand gun list.

I also understand that i can do a FFL transfer and that is legal.

My question is can i buy this guy brand new online (out of state) do an FFL here and it be legal?

I was under the impression this can only be done via private party and used to an FFL dealer local to me?

    Thanks

Not unless you have it converted to roster exempt.

PPT's are face to face transfers between CA residents only.

    Please re-read the stickies/Calguns wiki.

If you want one and don't mind to travel a bit, give EBR Works in Thousand Oaks a call. Thanks

You would need to SSE(Single Shot Exempt) the pistol to bring it into CA.
