    Conceal Carry Gun Decision?

Looking into getting an easy to conceal handgun but im not sure what to get.
I need help deciding on which one to get from my list...If you could decide on one and could give a reason that would be great!! Thanks in advance for your opinion on your choice

    M&P Sheild 9mm (When available)
    Glock 26 or 27
    S&W 637 Airweight

Only reason for thinking about the G27 beacuse my G22 mag's will fit in it.

I like my 26, but I wouldn't mind getting a Shield when they're available. My next carry gun will probably be a Kahr P380. Pocket carry seems intriguing and I like to have options, although my number one choice for carrying is IWB.

All 4 options you mentioned are good choices.

The reason you gave for carrying the G27 is a valid one. Are your G22 mags standard or "reduced capacity" 10-rounders? If they are standard capacity mags then you can take full advantage of your G22 mags.

      I carry a G26 with a G26 10-round mag and a backup G19 standard capacity 15 round mag.

Shield or 637 because I am biased towards S&W.

If you are willing to conceal the glock you should check out the M&P9c as well, IMO.

Also, I would look at the Kahr's. The CW9 is a great little gun.

The three guns you listed is kind of an apples to oranges to peaches comparison.

          What's your body type?
          How do you carry?
          Why so small?
How proficient are you with your G22?

If you're going w/ a holster, I'd recommend a Glock. Pocket carry, I'd say something with a heavy/DAO trigger, like the Ruger LCR or S&W 442/642.

Airweight, if you actually intend to carry it 100%, which no one with a holster can in California.

I don't care for revolvers IWB or in a Pocket, the cylinder feels like a golf ball. So that leaves the G26 & the Shield. You really need to shoot them both to know what actually shoots better for you (even though it may not "feel" better to you at the gun counter). IMO, the G26 is too big for effective pocket carry, and the Shield is right on the edge (the only thing that helps it's case as a pocket gun, is how slim it is). How do you dress? Tshirts, button ups, baggy stuff?

You said "off duty", so I assume you're LE. How many years do you have? Is the G22 your duty gun?

Oops, I missed that you traded or a G27. I think you'll be more than happy, if not, it will be easy to trade or sell again.

How about the XD-S? Similar dimensions as the shield, but single stack .45ACP
