    Lets play the guessing game





    Yes, I am bored. Plans fell through so I figured I'd take pictures of some of the toys today.

              Gecado, made in Germany.

              At first I thought it might be a Rohm, but their guns did not fill in between the trigger guard and frame like the Gecado. RG's are more like the profile of a Smith.

                          Then it must be a sister company to Gecado; that frame, trigger guard, and cylinder/ejection rod are dead on - even the grips.

                                      The only one I know is FIE. Drawing a blank on any others, and anything else is as good a guess as flipping a coin because at that time European manufacturers were playing games against changing export/import laws in the EU and here in the US, remnants of GCA-68 and so on. Assembly in other countries, shifting names, importers, etc.
