Does anyone know if sig has plans to make a ca approved p938. I held one yesterday at Scheels in Reno and they are just what I am looking for. The salesman let me try it on and walk around with it in a holster. It's just so easy to carry but feels solid when you grip it. I called sig today and they were closed.

Might be a long wait. The P238 only has the one CA approved version amongst the other versions. Since the P938 just barely came out, I wouldn't think Sig would put out an approved CA version anytime soon. Since you're in Sac, you could head down to Wild Bill's in Elk Grove and ask them about SSE a P938 if you really want one. They SSE'd my P238 a couple of weeks ago and I specifically asked them if they'd do the same with the P938 since I also have interest in getting one. They said they would eventually, but the problem is getting a P938 barrel to use for a conversion kit for it.Comment
