CZ p-09 duty

Set to release 2013, anyone else wanting this gun, been wanting another cz, but been debating saw this and like the fullsize duty pistol I don't have any poly guns so it would be a nice addition, probably not gonna be in the cal list wonder how hard it will be to get sse

It looks like an m&p mixed with an fnp and a dash of xd.....
But it's my ever living cz!!!!!!
The article doesn't mention it, but it looks like a poly frame. I could be/am probably completely wrong. So.....

The appeal of CZ to me is it is an all metal gun. To me its a 92fs with a much better grip. Getting a poly cz just doesn't appeal to me.

I agree although I dislike most poly guns, I would give the cz poly a shot over the others. I mean it IS still a cz hahaha

Big brother to the P-07 and get rid of that trigger guard; round it out.

Can't wait to buy if I can ever SSE one in San Diego. I believe it's going to hard as the number of people who have sold their P07s has been few.

Agree. Flatten out the bottom of the trigger guard.
Look at that grip though the close up of the striped stippling looks comfy, although the controls don't look like fun. Looks snappy cause of the poly

I would like manual safety, that's just me though, so hopefully they come out with a manual safety version

It will be just like the P-07. The Omega trigger system allows you to swap between decocker and manual safety, and the gun ships with both (decocker installed). Swapping is pretty quick and easy.

As the P-07 has never been on the roster and CZ has yet to make 10-round mags for it, I'm not confident the P-09 will be.

I have held the P-07 and it feels GREAT. Haven't shot one yet, but by all reports it's excellent. The trigger is definitely very good.
