Well, I Got a Beretta

Purchase it from a friend at work, he purchased it new back in 1992 but said he probably has put no more than 500 rounds thru it cause he bought a Sig a couple of months after. I got it with 4 rebuild kits cause the mags all hold 15 rounds, a light, rubber grips and 150 rounds of ammo. My son has been bugging me to get a Beretta for a while now, and since this was offered to me for $400.00, I bought it. We have shot it in the past and it shot great. Here is a poor phone pic as I was putting it in jail today.



I think I might trade two of the rebuild kits for 10 round mags.

You probably got one that was made before they started using polymer parts such as the guide rod, so it should be a keeper. All metal and super durable. Everyone should own at least one 92F.

Yeah, the guide rod is metal, I took it apart and checked it all out, probably didn't have to as I have shot it, but my friend is a good guy and he insisted, probably just to teach me.

Love the 1911 too, but the Beretta 92 is just in a league of its own
BTW I have a Les Baer TRS and I am a not an American.
