I own a Ruger Mark II which has the typical issue of a difficult tear down process. Well I take full responsibility for damaging the trigger mechanism. When I watched a Youtube video on how to take down and assemble correctly I was able to put it back together right but the trigger didn't feel right. It felt like a squeeky hinge.
Anyway, I sent it in to Ruger customer service via UPS ground and 8 working days later it was returned 2nd day air with a new sear and disconnector at no charge. The trigger is now spot on, nice and crisp.
That is very impressive in my book. I have read good responses from these folks in the past but this is my first experience with Ruger's team.
