    DSArms TP9 Semi Auto

Is this legal to own in Kali?

The barrel is not threaded that I can tell. They have to be approved by someone before they can be sold in the Kommunist Regime of Kommifornia right? I haven't done much reading up on semi auto subgun legality here, so if anyone can offer their expertise, I would appreciate it. They sell them in New York, so it can most likely be sold here, unless there is something else really stupid in CA that would hinder that.

    Thanks in advance,

No magazne disconnect, and I can't tell if there is a CLI.

That means that it will not be approved if submitted for CA testing, and thus not be legal for sale in CA.

Only way to get it would be to get it exempt (usually an intrafamilial transfer from out of state) and still only with 10rdr magazines (unless you had pre-bans, but I don't recall ever seeing them before)

I don't know how possible it would be to get that converted to a single-shot, since it is recoil operated.

That's really not that bad if you think about the many mass produced HK magazines that cost that much. I'm sure the mags for the TP9 are made in much lower quantity and as such, cost more to manufacture. I feel like crying every time I buy more HK USC mags.

Indeed they appear to be that way
