? about a ar pistol lower.

i have a question for dealers. if my brother in oregon has a oll pistol lower and fixed it for a single shot, can he bring it down to my dealer for tranfer?
or can he ship it directly to my dealer without a dealer on his end?

In order to transfer it as a pistol, it has to be in a completely functional single-shot pistol configuration.
It can NOT be just the lower.

I believe that all handguns coming into the state have to come from another FFL.

If you know how many guns you have... you don't have enough guns.

People need to remember that the same guys who wrote the 1st Amendment, also wrote the 2nd Amendment... and for the same exact reasons.
