    Calling Glock experts

    I saw a G21, a G21SF and a G21C today. My question: Is there a Glock 21 SF compensated? A G21 SFC?

Negative, as far as I know. Only SF or C.

Nope. Unfortunately not offered by Glock. You could attempt to acquire a 21C barrel and slide later after purchasing a 21SF and swap it out.

Recent purchase Glock 30sf has a different guide rod and larger grip plug hole. Not sure if the pervious 30sf is a different gen or Glock just made the change on the same gen 3. Anyone has info on this? Thanks!

As others have said, it's one or the other, and not both. You could always by an SF and a compensated upper and then swap them yourself.

I am not sure what exactly your comparing your recent purchase too. Please clarify.

Or you could buy a dremel and be the coolest guy on Calguns.

And you're sure that they were both Gen 3s?

Glock doesn't make compensator's, they make ported barrels. There is a difference.

Or, the OP could get the lone wolf barrel that hangs out of the slide a bit. Cheaper that way, for sure...

I would skip a ported .45acp if you think it will help on muzzle flip or recoil, not much if any.

But, I do not want to be a hypocrite as I do have a ported .45 (1911), and do enjoy it
                            It's a range toy, why the heck not ! ! !

I also have a ported .40sw...it does help in that cartridge.
So, with that, get the 21sf + a 10mm extended compensated/ported barrel is what I recommend in that frame.
Or consider the 22/23 C models.

I agree that the .45 ACP in a large frame Glock really doesn't need a Compensator. Lonewolf does make slides and barrels for different configurations. Just money...hahaha..
