Any Glock in 10MM is currently my favorite.

Full size usp .45. I owned the compact in the same caliber which was almost identical feeling to shoot but didn't like the diminished mag capacity. Other semi autos I've owned are, glock 21, sig p220, Springfield 1911 and xd in .40 and the usp is the only one that's never had an issue with feeding, extraction or magazine insertion/ejection. It is basically the one that I would deem "most combat efficient" other than maybe the glock(which stovepiped mores very couple hundred rounds or so, no go for me) due to its flawless function. God knows its huge and holsters/lights are not as easy as some others to find but to me it has been worth the extra effort.

glock 21 sf. sold my glock 23 for a hk usp compact 40. had a glock 17 and glock 30 in the past as well as a colt 1991a1 series 80. also had a charter arms bulldog .44 special, and various other handguns in the past. but out of my current handguns and previous, the glock 21sf is my favorite.

Sounds like you need a revolver.. more reliable than any semi auto even Glocks. I own Glocks and nothing shoots nails down like my faithful 357.
