Hey all, here is the situation. My brother really wants a Sig Elite, but it is not on the CA roster. He is a California resident, and his girlfriend is currently a resident of Mississippi. She is planning on moving out here in November. I just read the sticky about the roster, and to my understanding, she can purchase the Sig Elite in Mississippi (being a resident of MS), and then move out here with it in November. And after she changes her residency to California, she can then PPT it to my brother. Am I correct, or am I missing something?

Unless I'm missing something as well, that is 100% correct. The girlfriend would fill out the proper form when she moves here, then she is free to PPT the pistol, as FTF PPT is roster exempt. If I'm wrong, librarian will be here later to sort it all out, but I believe that's right.Originally posted by KestryllAnd that boys and girls is what stepping on your own dick sounds like. -
