    Which 9MM should I part with ???

Funding an AR project... so unfortunately... one of these 9MM's has got to go.
I keep changing my mind and can't decide which one it is. At different times, each has been my favorite. I really love all 3!

So... Help me out here... Which one would you let go and why?

Since you need the funds, I would suggest go with one that will bring you most $.

I'd say dump the SIG, its not nearly as desireable as the other 2. Unless you'd let that CZ go for a reasonable price. hahaha

I say Loaded as well, just because I'm not a fan of 9mm 1911s. Also, I would say it may be smart to part with one of the ones with adjustable target sights. That way you'll still have one gun with fixed sights and one target gun.

Good luck on the AR build!

I have a slight SIG bias but I voted for the SIG.

I don't like rails on SIGs.

You also need a 9mm 1911 in any firearms collection, IMO. And that CZ is just cool looking.

                  I say the Springfield.

You can get $800 in an instant and probably close to $1,000 if someone wants it badly enough.

Wow that is a tough choice - you have excellent taste in steel frame handguns.

I'm assuming you want to keep your collection as diverse as possible, so I'll look at this three ways, either picking from pistol actions, geography or personal shooting preference.

From pistol actions you have a 226 DA/SA, a 1911 SA and a CZ75 DA/SA (I understand all the 75s with decockers do not have safeties). I was always stumped with a CZ75 without a decocker, it acted more like a 1911, especially lowering the hammer manually. Personally, even though it is a DA/SA I would judge the CZ to be more similar to the 1911than the Sig and would only handle it in SA. So I would sell the CZ as it doesn't add much diversity in the pistol action department.

From a geography perspective you have two European pistols and an American pistol. The CZ was much rarer in the 80s, so I'd have to say cut the Sig. However, if you want to get technical you have an American, Western European and Eastern European pistols, so I'm not sure if I can split hairs further.

From a shootability perspective from what I remember, the CZ and 1911 handle very similarly compared to the Sig's grip. So I'd choose to cut the 1911 b/c I'd figure you'd have a 1911 in another caliber if you favor/are endeared to the action.

                    Hope this helps.

I would get rid of the Springfield. Just because 1911's should be .45's

Put the AR project on hold until you can afford it. Either that, or build the AR piece-by-piece as you can afford it. If you love all 3, you will regret it if that AR build isn't what you expect.

                            Nobody really needs a 9mm 1911.
