How many HK P2000 owners here?

I have concluded that the HK P2000 is the standard by which other combat pistols are judged, at least for me. It's one of those done just right pistols. It's thin, compact (the SK version is even more so), has excellent ergonomics, has a great trigger (I am referring to V3), and has minimal protrusions. It's one of the very few pistols that I shoot well no matter my condition, such as too much caffeine, sleepy, tired, somewhat sick, and so on.

Who else here has a P2000?

Slightly, I actually compared a USPc and a P2000 yesterday. I was actually surprised how little a difference there was in width, since I got the chance to lay them side by side.

The P2000 is slightly more comfortable though....

I have a P2000SK and I love it. It's my concealed carry gun. It's amazingly accurate for such a short barreled gun!

HK uses the term "LEM" Trigger, but it's a light double action.

I have the P2000v3, and SIG 228, and a 229 DAK.

I echo Lunde's thoughts that the P2000 tops the others. I wasn't a big believer in inter-changeable backstraps, but the four sizes with the P2000 allows any user a near perfect fit.

Another P2000v3 owner here. I picked it up last year and I've been a happy camper ever since. I a lefty and I consider this close to being the ultimate ambidextrous handgun. I've NEVER had a failure in 3500 rounds.

Where'd you guy's buy your P2000's from. Local shops are asking about $850 for the gun. With fees, I can get one online for about $770 from Bud's Gun Shop.

Budsgunshop sells the P2000 V3 for about $675. But when you add the $25 for shipping, the $45 transfer fee , and $25 DROS, it's about $770 OTD.
