Para 14.45 Tactical Mags

I have a new Para 14.45 Tactical pistol. My existing 14.45 mags do not fit in this new pistol. Para says the new 14.45 Tactical mags are the only mags that work in the pistol, not the regular 14.45 mags. My question is, can I legally use the new Para 14.45 Tactical mags in this pistol in CA, or do I have to install a 10 round limiter in the mags? The pistol and mags are manufactured after the 2001 mag ban.

You would have to block the mags to hold no more than 10 rounds.
