You need Homeboy sights. Sights that mount on the sides of slides.

are you sure you're not trolling?

why shoot sideways when you can shoot straight?

even when you are laying down you still shoot straight in proportion to your body

I tend to angle my pistol slightly to the right when I shoot one handed(I'm a lefty) but that's as far as I go. I find it makes it a heck of a lot easier to line up the sights for follow up shots.

My tip would be take some handgun courses and learn how to properly shoot a handgun.

Doing the ghetto glawk fowtay form is pointless and not as safe as properly shooting a firearm. Not only does it make you look bad it makes other gun owners look bad as well.

This is the closest thing to an answer you will get. When shooting two pistols, one in each hand, there is an argument to be made for canting both pistols toward the centerline to make it easier to sight both with very little movement. Other than that, No Virginia, no one really shoots like that.

To properly shoot sideways you'll need to sag your pants, amd get a gold grill piece.

I don't shoot sideways, but when shooting with my left hand only I will angle the gun towards my right because of eye dominance.

This is actually proper technique when shooting one handed on your weak side.
It is called canting and it enables you to see the sights better with your dominate eye.
